By subscribing to or purchasing any paid service on IndustryLancer, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
Once a subscription is purchased and paid services are activated on IndustryLancer, the payment made by the user is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refund requests or claims will be entertained once the paid service has been activated.
All services on IndustryLancer are offered on a best-effort basis, and the platform does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, authenticity, or outcomes of any content, listings, or inquiries shared by other users.
If a refund request is submitted within 10 days of the payment date, IndustryLancer may consider the request only for non-activated services, subject to company policy and management approval.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 35–45 working days, depending on the verification of information.
Requests must be sent via email to billing@industrylancer.com with complete payment and service details.
Refunds will be made only through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
(Example: Payments made via credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account.)
Payments received in one form cannot be refunded through another mode.
IndustryLancer provides all services on a best-effort basis to help businesses promote their products, generate leads, and grow through online visibility.
However, IndustryLancer does not guarantee any specific number of leads, business deals, or return on investment (ROI).
IndustryLancer shall not be liable for:
Any miscommunication or misunderstanding between the client and the company’s sales or business consultants.
The accuracy or completeness of inquiries, product listings, or catalog information posted by users.
Any business outcomes, deals, or opportunities resulting from advertisements or listings on the platform.
IndustryLancer acts solely as an online B2B marketplace and does not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction. We do not charge any commission for enabling transactions between users.
IndustryLancer is not responsible or liable for:
The quality, quantity, safety, legality, or availability of any product or service listed by users.
The ability of sellers to deliver goods or services or buyers to complete a purchase.
Any fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate activity by users on the platform.
Users are advised to exercise due diligence and caution while dealing with any other users on the site. IndustryLancer uses various tools to verify information; however, it cannot guarantee the identity or authenticity of every user.
